Melanie Neal

Melanie Neal has extensive experience in leadership roles, primarily focused on commercial operations and customer service. Melanie started their career as the Director of Emergency Services at the American Red Cross in 1999. Melanie later worked at General Electric in various positions, including Marketing Specialist and Team Leader for National Accounts Inside Sales. In 2003, they joined GE Healthcare as a Program Leader and eventually became a Lean Value Stream Manager. Melanie then moved to Baxter International Inc., where they held several positions, including Account Manager and Vice President of Global Device Services. In 2019, they joined Stryker as the Vice President of Commercial Operations. Currently, they work as the Vice President of Global Commercial Excellence at Terumo BCT, where they are responsible for sales enablement, commercial operations, global training, and corporate communications.

Melanie Neal holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General from Purdue University. In 2008, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from GE.
