Meredith McGaffic

Meredith McGaffic currently serves as the Global Talent Solutions Manager at Terumo, beginning in January 2025, overseeing the implementation and enhancement of global talent management initiatives, including succession planning and training strategies. Prior to this role, Meredith held positions as an Executive Recruiter and Independent Consultant at Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies from October 2021 to January 2025, and as Co-Owner of Black Diamond Auto Wash from July 2020 to August 2021. Earlier experience includes the role of Sr. Recruiter at Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed full life cycle recruitment and strategic direction for staffing plans. Meredith began the career in recruitment with Manpower Staffing as a Direct Hire Consultant and also worked at ITT Technical Institute as a Career Services Specialist, developing relationships to facilitate candidate placements. Education includes a BS in Psychology and Communication from Metropolitan State University of Denver and prior studies at the University of Northern Colorado.
