Oscar Rodriguez

Oscar Rodriguez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Global Process Engineering at Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies since December 2019, Oscar previously held roles as Director of Project Management at Santa Cruz Nutritionals and Project Manager (Contract) for QA Remediation at DePuy Synthes Companies. With a strong foundation in program management at Salter Labs, Oscar focused on cost reduction, operational efficiency, and quality improvement. Earlier career contributions include serving as Engineering Technical Leader and Line/Project Engineer at Ethicon, and as Test Conductor/Project Engineer at Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc. Oscar holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso, earned between 1996 and 1999.
