Annamaija Hutri has a diverse work experience, starting as a Component Engineer Trainee at ABB in 2011. Annamaija then worked as a Research Assistant and Course Assistant at Aalto University before taking on the role of Trainee of University and Community Relations at IBM Finland in 2013. Annamaija moved on to work at Aalto University Student Union as Vice President of the Board in 2014. Annamaija'sroles at Miltton, Elisa, and Tietopoli allowed their to gain experience in corporate communications, thesis work, and teaching, respectively. Annamaija transitioned to Finnair in 2016, where they held various positions such as Analyst, Compensation and People Analytics, Performance and Rewards Manager, and People Partner. Annamaija is currently the Head of Compensation and Benefits at Terveystalo, where they are responsible for overseeing group-wide management, implementation, and development in compensation and benefits, as well as HR reporting.
Annamaija Hutri completed their Matriculation Examination at Lahden Lyseon lukio high school in 2008. Annamaija then went on to earn a Master of Science in Technology from Aalto University in 2015.
