Karolina Lach

Karolina Lach currently serves as the Head of Compensation and Benefits at Grid Dynamics since August 2022, bringing extensive expertise in compensation and benefits management. Prior to this role, Karolina worked at Capgemini Polska Sp. z o.o. from 2005 to August 2022, where positions included Compensation and Benefits Manager, Compensation & Benefits Supervisor, and various specialist roles, focusing on team management, pay and benefit benchmarking, and reward framework management. Karolina’s career began with roles in personnel administration and recruitment. Academically, Karolina holds a master's degree in Law from Jagiellonian University and completed postgraduate studies in Management of Internal Audit in Economic Organizations at Krakow University of Economics.
