Minna Marttiini

Minna Marttiini has an extensive background in legal roles with a focus on compliance, governance, and corporate law. Minna started their career as a Trainee at Kemijoki Oy before moving on to positions at Kiinteistömaailma, Destia Oy, and Mäkitalo Attorneys Ltd. Their most recent role was as the Head of Compliance & Governance at Terveystalo, where they were responsible for group compliance, ethics, and governance. Throughout their career, Minna has gained experience in general corporate law, M&A legal, construction law, risk management, and corporate responsibility.

Minna Marttiini completed their High School education at Etelä-Tapiolan lukio from 2005 to 2009. Minna then attended Espoo International Upper Secondary School from 2005 to 2008. Minna went on to earn their Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from the University of Helsinki from 2010 to 2014. Minna later pursued a Corporate Responsibility Study Module at Hanken School of Economics from 2022 to 2024. In 2021, Minna obtained the Bar Examination certification from Suomen Asianajajaliitto.
