Riina-Riitta Helminen

Riina-Riitta Helminen has a diverse work experience that includes roles such as Director, Chief Administrative Physician, CEO, and Board Member in companies like Terveystalo, Logate Oy, and MVH-Kiinteistöhallinnointi Oy. Riina-Riitta has also served as a Medical Doctor for the City of Espoo and held positions in business development and legal services at Mediverkko Yhtymä Oy. Additionally, Riina-Riitta Helminen has been involved in mentoring a SaaS company and served as a member of the Board for Prodekon Alumni ry.

Riina-Riitta Helminen has a diverse education background that includes a Matriculation exam from Helsingin I normaalikoulu in 1985, followed by degrees in various fields. Riina-Riitta obtained a B.Med. and LL.M. in Medicine and Law from the University of Helsinki in 1991-1993. Riina-Riitta continued their education at the Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, obtaining an M.Sc. in Industrial Management in 1991-1994 and a Dr.Tech. in Industrial Management in 1995-1998. Riina-Riitta pursued further studies, acquiring a Licentiate in Laws specializing in Environmental Law between 1998-2000. Later, they obtained a Licentiate in Medicine and finally a M.D., becoming a Specialist in Public Health from the University of Helsinki between 2005-2017. Riina-Riitta Helminen has continuously expanded their knowledge by participating in various certification programs, such as Corporate Finance Representative Examination (UK), obtained in 2001, and a recent certification in Leading Transformation, scheduled for 2024.
