Chris Shockey has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Chris started their career as a Production Employee at Tervis in November 2009. Chris then worked as a Cell Lead, where they designed the day-to-day cell operations and introduced the company's first automated cell. After that, they served as a Production Supervisor before moving on to become the Operations Project Lead. In this role, Chris developed and implemented a companywide recycling program and managed third-party sources for accessories and tumbler production. Chris then became the Osprey Production Manager, where they successfully set up cells for full production and implemented the first shipper display program. Chris later became the Production Manager, where they achieved significant cost savings and reduced defects on the plant floor. Chris then progressed to become the Director of Operations, overseeing all aspects of operations and playing a key role in developing and implementing the stainless production process. Most recently, Chris has been serving as the Vice President of Operations at Tervis. Additionally, they had a prior role at Nielsen Media Research, where they worked as a Pod Leader from August 2005 to October 2009.

Chris Shockey attended the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota from 2011 to 2016 and obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, Chris holds certifications in CPR/First Responder from Red Cross and Green Belt - Lean Six Sigma from the University of South Florida.
