Monika Weinhardt

Monika Weinhardt's work experience includes various roles within different companies. Monika began their career in 2007 as a Data Entry/Graphic Designer at Airus Media. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as an Administrator at Capital Machine Technologies, Inc. In 2011, they joined Tervis as a Licensing Product Assistant and later progressed to roles such as Licensing Product Coordinator, Licensed Product Supervisor, and Licensing Approval Manager. Currently, Monika holds the position of Creative Director at Tervis, where they manage the licensing approval process and oversees the day-to-day operations of the Licensing Approval team. Throughout their various roles, they have been responsible for supporting the licensing, marketing, and product development teams, managing the licensing approval process, coordinating with licensors, and maintaining communication and coordination related to licensing. Monika's skills include artwork management, communication, proofreading, licensor style guide management, approvals tracking, process improvement, and quality assurance support.

Monika Weinhardt attended the International Academy of Design from 2003 to 2007. During this period, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts with a focus on Computer Animation.
