Keith Smith Chartered Fcipd

Keith Smith Chartered FCIPD has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1990 with Northern Ireland Water as a Senior HR Business Partner. Keith was responsible for all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, management information, and employee life cycle.

In 2007, Keith moved to Capita Business Services, where they served as an HR Operations/Payroll Manager/Business Partner. Keith implemented and delivered outsourced HR services to major clients in Belfast.

From 2010 to 2012, Keith worked as an HR Consultant at KIS HR Solutions, providing professional advice and guidance on HR policies, chairing disciplinary and grievance cases, and supporting businesses in delivering their people strategies.

Keith then joined Belfast Metropolitan College in 2012 as a Senior HR Business Partner. Keith managed a team of HR business partners and provided expert advice on employee relations policies and procedures.

In 2018, Keith became the Director of HR & Corporate Services at Grafton Recruitment Ireland, overseeing HR and corporate services functions.

From 2020 to 2023, Keith took on the role of Group Head of HR (UK & Ireland) at MDE Installations & Wood Green Care Home.

Most recently, Keith joined TES Group in 2022 as the Head of Human Resources.

Keith Smith Chartered FCIPD has a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Ulster University. Keith also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the same university. Additionally, they have a Diploma in Training Management from Belfast Metropolitan College and a Diploma in Mediation from Open Colleges Network – Mediation NI.
