Stefan Förster

Stefan Förster has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Stefan is currently the Head of Finance & Accounting at tesa. Before that, they worked at Beiersdorf for several roles and departments. Stefan was a Department Manager for Current Accounts, responsible for managing the accounts receivable and payable operations for all European Beiersdorf affiliates. Stefan also served as the Head of Global Supply Chain Controlling, where they were responsible for performance management and the annual planning process of the supply chain. Additionally, Stefan was a Manager in Functional Business Controlling and a Finance Manager at Beiersdorf Manufacturing Hamburg. Prior to Beiersdorf, they worked at Volkswagen AG as a Group Controller and a Production Controller.

Stefan Förster attended the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from 1995 to 2001, where they earned a degree in Diplom-Wirtschafts-Ingenieur. Stefan then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) International with Distinction at Griffith University from 2001 to 2002. Prior to this, they completed their high school education at the Katholisches Freies Gymnasium in Ravensburg, receiving an Allgemeine Hochschulreife (Abitur) in 1994. Additionally, in 1991 and 1992, Stefan Förster attended a high school in East Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA.
