Mark Lanting has over a decade of experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in occupational therapy and technology integration for individuals with visual impairments. Currently serving as the Manager of the Preventive Care Department at Koninklijke Visio since July 2011, Mark focuses on future-oriented healthcare solutions that are digital and accessible. In addition, Mark functions as the National Coordinator for Assistive Technology and Communication, providing expertise and support to advisors and trainers within the organization. Mark also teaches in the Occupational Therapy program at Hanzehogeschool Groningen and has previously engaged in projects related to smart home technology and digital health integration in education. Mark holds a Master's degree in Healthy Ageing and a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from Hanze University of Applied Sciences and Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, respectively.
