Sharon Ricketts McIpd

Sharon Ricketts, MCIPD, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Adviser at Smart DCC since October 2022, having previously been seconded from Capita Resourcing. With a robust background in HR across various organizations, Ricketts held the position of Client Relationship Manager at Capita Resourcing from July 2021 to June 2023 and spent nearly eight years at Falkirk Council in multiple HR roles, including HR Team Leader, HR Business Partner, and HR Advisor. Prior to that, Ricketts worked at BSkyB as a Generalist HR Consultant and Talent Resource Account Manager, and has held significant roles in recruitment and HR at Carter & Carter, TSC, Learning IT, Manpower UK, and Thomas Cook. Ricketts holds a CIPD degree from Forth Valley College and a BA in Consumer and Management Studies from Glasgow Caledonian University.
