Melissa O'Neill

Melissa O'Neill is a finance professional with extensive experience in commercial finance and analysis. Currently serving as a Finance Business Partner Commercial at Tesco Ireland since November 2024, Melissa previously worked as a Commercial Analyst at CarTrawler, where responsibilities included supporting the Commercial Deal Team and developing financial models. Prior roles include Commercial Finance Analyst at Birds Eye UK & IE, where Melissa managed price compliance and month-end reporting, and various positions at Musgrave, focusing on retail profitability and customer relationship management. Melissa holds a Master’s degree in Food Business and Technology from Technological University Dublin and a Diploma in Management Accounting from CIMA, in addition to a BSc in Accounting from University College Cork.
