Tom Davis

Tom Davis currently serves as the Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Tesco Mobile since August 2023. Previously, Tom held multiple positions at Tesco from July 2015 to January 2024, including Senior Proposition Manager for Diversity & Inclusion, as well as roles focused on value and reputation. Tom's responsibilities involved collaborating with various teams to create a customer-centric trading strategy and ensuring the delivery of financial and customer KPIs. Earlier experience includes being part of the National Team at Camp Leaders from August 2012 to February 2015, where Tom managed recruitment processes, and a managerial role in Forest Schools at Langley Preparatory School at Taverham Hall in mid-2014. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Education and has studied Adventure Education, Special Education, and Teaching at the University of Chichester.
