Eleanor Winder - Aca

Eleanor Winder is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and global mobility. Currently serving as Head of People Operating Model at Tesco since February 2020, Eleanor has also held roles such as Head of Talent & Executive Resourcing and Global Mobility Lead. Prior to Tesco, Eleanor worked at Rolls-Royce from September 2015 to January 2020 as a People Partner, where responsibilities included aligning HR strategy with business needs and managing various HR initiatives. Earlier experience includes positions at PwC as a Tax Senior Associate and Tax Associate, where Eleanor developed strong expatriate tax skills, and at Barclays as a Cashier. Eleanor holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Nottingham and an ACA qualification from Kaplan Financial. Additionally, Eleanor is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).
