Prashanth M has over 17 years of work experience in HR and talent acquisition roles. Prashanth started their career at Thomson Reuters as a Human Resources Executive in 2002. Prashanth then moved on to Ionidea Inc., where they worked as an HR Recruitment Executive and Technical Recruiter from 2003 to 2005. Next, they joined Corpus Inc. as an HR/Recruitment Lead, where they led a team of recruiters and sourced and hired for clients such as Verizon, Wells Fargo, Sprint, and JP Morgan Chase. In 2008, they joined CDC Software (Aptean) as an HR Business Partner, recruiting IT and non-IT professionals for the Global Technical Services team. Prashanth worked there until 2011 when they joined Nutech Systems, Inc. as an HR (Recruitment) Professional, working with US clients to fulfill their recruitment requirements. Since 2012, they have been working at TESCRA as a Senior Manager - HR/Talent Acquisition, where they offer business consulting, application management, and technology consulting services to global companies.

Prashanth M pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations from the School of Social Work in Mangalore, India. This educational endeavor took place from 1999 to 2001.
