Maija Soininen

Maija Soininen is currently the Head of People & Culture at Tesi and a Member of the Board at YTK-Yhdistys ry. With a background in HR management, Maija has held various HR leadership roles at companies such as Wolt, Bonava, 3 Step IT, and Elcoteq. Maija holds a Master of Social Sciences degree from the University of Tampere with a focus on Social Psychology, Psychology, Management and Organizations, Pedagogics, and German.
