Brad Bolerjack is currently the Managing Counsel for Litigation at Tesla and has served as a partner in Reed Smith's Global Regulatory Enforcement Group from 2007 to 2023. With a focus on complex internal investigations, white collar crime, and trial practice, Brad has achieved notable success in securing favorable outcomes for clients, including avoiding indictments and obtaining advantageous resolutions in indicted cases. Prior to their role at Reed Smith, Brad practiced as an attorney at Sachnoff & Weaver from 2000 to 2007 and gained invaluable experience through various internships in the legal sector. Brad holds a JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Psychology from Lake Forest College.
