Gianpiero Cerrone

Gianpiero Cerrone is currently a Staff Materials Engineer specializing in composite structures at Tesla. They previously served as the Responsible and Foreman R&D Laboratory Engineer at Automobili Lamborghini, where they developed organizational and personnel management skills. Before that, Gianpiero was the Technical Manager and Project Manager at Diagnostic Engineering Solutions (DES), contributing to successful R&D initiatives. Notably, Gianpiero is an inventor of a non-destructive control patent for wing structures, developed during a collaboration with Alenia Aermacchi, Finmeccanica. They hold a Laurea Specialistica in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Bari and continue their studies at the same institution and Universitatea Tehnică din Cluj-Napoca.
