Joshua Gardner has an extensive background in human resources and operations, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Tesla since November 2024. Joshua’s human resources expertise was further developed during tenures at Panasonic Energy of North America and Amazon, where responsibilities included payroll management, policy implementation, and employee support.
