Paula Punio

Paula Punio is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and customer education at Tesla, where roles include Program Manager for Learning & Development and VSC Operations & Customer Education since December 2019. Alongside this, Paula has served as Event Manager for the Tesla Owners Club from August 2018 to May 2024. Prior experience includes working as a Speech-Language Pathologist at Academica, a Marketing/Communications and Public Relations Manager at i.m.perfect, and a Concierge at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Educationally, Paula holds a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology & Communications from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Biology from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
