Ruben Calderon

Ruben Calderon is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the construction and heavy transport industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Tesla for a Lithium Refinery, Ruben is responsible for directing subcontractors and overseeing all phases of the construction project. Prior roles include Site Manager at Vestas, where Ruben focused on optimizing plant functions and ensuring safety, and Operations Manager at Sterett Crane & Rigging, managing substantial projects exceeding $10 million. Ruben's earlier experience includes significant positions at Bay Ltd. in project management and estimator roles, along with serving as Specialized Transport Manager at Panalpina and Project Manager at Mammoet, handling multi-million dollar projects globally. Ruben holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Laredo Community College.
