Sarah Budriunas

Sarah Budriunas has extensive experience in recruiting and project management, currently serving as Recruiting Manager for Field Internships at Tesla since January 2017. In this role, Sarah has launched and scaled programs such as Tech Trainee and Pathway to START, focusing on hiring automotive students, industry professionals, and military veterans, while also creating an 8-week hybrid training program for those entering the automotive field. Previously, Sarah held various recruiting positions at Tesla, overseeing processes and systems for program growth and engaging in community outreach efforts. Prior to Tesla, Sarah worked at The CIM Group as a Real Estate Coordinator and held multiple roles at Equinox, where significant achievements included meeting sales goals and managing staff operations. Earlier experience includes clinical management at The GW Medical Faculty Associates. Sarah holds a BA in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara.
