Tarasha Khurana

Tarasha Khurana is a Senior Robotics Machine Learning Engineer at Tesla since October 2025, with a strong background in robotics and machine learning research. Prior to this role, Tarasha served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University from September 2019 to October 2025, working under the guidance of Deva Ramanan. Additional experience includes a position as a Student Researcher at Google AI in the summer of 2022, where collaboration occurred with notable advisors such as Alireza Fathi, David Ross, and Cordelia Schmid, as well as a Research Internship at Argo AI in mid-2020. Earlier roles also encompass a Research Associate position at Staqu Technologies and a Research Assistant role at IIIT-Delhi, contributing to projects focused on computer vision and deep learning.
