Tom Chhabra

Tom Chhabra is an experienced professional with a strong background in training, education, and military operations. Currently a Staff Technical Trainer at Tesla, Chhabra designs curriculum and facilitates training for the Energy Customer Support department. Previously, as a Learning & Development Program Manager at the U.S. Army Command General Staff College, Chhabra delivered over 800 hours of graduate-level instruction and earned recognition as the College's Military Educator of the Year in 2021. Chhabra's experience also includes teaching roles at Davis Defense Group, Inc. and serving in various leadership positions within the United States Marine Corps, overseeing operations, engineering testing, and large teams. Chhabra holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California and a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from the Naval Postgraduate School.
