Urvi Ahluwalia

Urvi Ahluwalia is an Electronic Design Engineer specializing in Drive Inverter technology at Tesla since June 2025. Prior experience includes serving as an Applications and Systems Engineer at Wolfspeed from March 2022 to May 2025, where Urvi contributed to simulation and evaluation platform development for SiC devices. Urvi began at Wolfspeed as an intern and gained extensive experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at FREEDM Systems Center, focusing on Wireless Power Transfer systems and resonant converters. Teaching roles at North Carolina State University and Shiv Nadar University highlight Urvi's commitment to education, alongside foundational summer training at Swasti Power Private Limited and THDC India Limited. Urvi holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shiv Nadar University.
