Weiji Li

Weiji Li is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in both industry and academic research. Currently employed at Tesla as a Software Engineer since July 2023, Weiji focuses on Maps and Autopilot technologies. Prior to this role, Weiji contributed as a Research Assistant at SpectrumX, developing machine learning data pipelines for airplane spectrum data from September 2022 to May 2023. Additional experience includes a Software Engineer Intern position at TikTok emphasizing MLsys, multiple research assistant roles at the University of Michigan in areas such as multi-modal NLP, human-computer interaction, and machine learning security, as well as internships at LianLian and Ant Group focusing on blockchain and machine learning platforms respectively.
