Xiaokang Li

Xiaokang Li is an experienced Electrical Control Engineer currently working at Tesla since September 2025. Prior to this role, Xiaokang served as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Design Ready Controls from June 2019 to September 2025, where responsibilities included designing electrical control panels compliant with UL standards and developing automatic test logic using PLC. Earlier experience was gained as a Maintenance Engineer at the Xian jointsky branch of jiaozhou from July 2014 to January 2016, providing technical support and establishing remote meeting systems. Xiaokang holds an MBA from Minnesota State University, Mankato (2024-2027), a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the same institution (2021-2024), a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of St. Thomas (2016-2018), and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Beijing Forestry University (2010-2014).
