Diganta Paladhi has over 15 years of professional experience in software engineering and development. From 2021 to present, they have been the Director of Releases and Program Manager at Tessell, and a Founding Engineer at a Stealth Mode Startup. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Senior Software Developer at Google. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Senior Member of Technical Staff at CloudSimple, where they deployed the ci-cd platform, defined and educated the team about git version control, and managed a team of 7 to design and deliver a test automation framework. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Senior Member of Technical Staff at ZeroStack Inc., where they were the first QA engineer and handled product QA for all releases. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Senior SDET at FireEye, Inc., where they were a founding member and worked on automating the FireEye endpoint threat detection system. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Senior Member of Technical Staff at VMware, where they worked on vStorage API's for Data Protection and stabilized the automation framework. From 2008 to 2010, they were a Senior SDET at Brocade, where they developed a tool to get OS details and run commands from anywhere, and developed a tool to automatically run POC for DMM in customer environments. From 2005 to 2008, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Wipro Technologies, where they worked on developing the SAN expert, wrote Linux device drivers, and wrote the automation framework for white box testing.

Diganta Paladhi has an educational background that spans from 1996 to 2005. Diganta attended Panchberia Ramchandra Smriti Shiksha Mandir from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained a Secondary degree. Diganta then attended Khukurdaha I C M M High School from 1998 to 2000 and obtained a Higher Secondary degree in Science. Finally, they attended National Institute of Technology Durgapur from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in CPO (Certified Product Owner) from Agile and SCJP from Sun Microsystems.
