Erika de Vos

Erika De Vos has over 20 years of diverse work experience in HR roles. Erika is currently serving as the VP Human Resources at Tessenderlo Group since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Ontex as the VP HR Group Functions from October 2017 to April 2020.

Erika has also held leadership positions at various companies including Barry Callebaut as the HR Director Belgium from June 2015 to September 2017, Spadel as the Group Human Resources Director from July 2011 to April 2015, KPN Group Belgium (BASE) as the Head of Human Resources from July 2007 to March 2011, and TNT as the HR Manager Belgium/France - Spring Global Mail from February 2002 to July 2006.

Erika'searly career includes roles as an HR Consultant at TNT from October 1999 to January 2002 and as an Office Manager at AGO Interim from January 1997 to September 1999. Throughout their career, Erika has demonstrated expertise in strategic HR management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Erika De Vos earned a Master's degree in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp from 1990 to 1996. In 1998 and 1999, they obtained a Post University degree in Human Resources Management from the Antwerp Management School. In 2020, they attended ESSEC Business School to complete a program in Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace.
