Soyini Wisdom-Stiles

Soyini Wisdom-Stiles has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Soyini started their career at Background Investigation Bureau (BIB) in 2005 as a Criminal Research Specialist, where they gathered and analyzed relevant facts for background investigations. Soyini also communicated with courts and provided clarification to clients on criminal records.

In 2007, Soyini became a Criminal Research Specialist Supervisor at BIB and was responsible for hiring and training staff. Soyini also delegated tasks to ensure production levels were met.

In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Quality Assurance Manager at BIB, where they created a training program on legal aspects related to employment screening and established a data vendor audit program to ensure high accuracy rates.

In 2016, Soyini joined Tessera Data as a Quality Assurance Analyst, where they facilitated compliance reviews and leveraged their knowledge of state public record law to obtain court criminal record data. Soyini then became a Senior Vendor Operations Specialist in 2020 at Tessera Data, where they cultivated strategic partnerships with courts and data vendors, managed vendor operations, and collaborated with stakeholders to implement a data strategy.
