Bernie Prusaczyk

Bernie Prusaczyk is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various technology and healthcare companies. As co-founder and former CEO of Tesseract Structural Innovations, Bernie directed the company from its inception in August 2015 until October 2018. Additional roles include serving as CEO for Schrocken Inc., a B2B SaaS startup, and as Principal at Xtra Effort Solutions, a recruiting firm focused on technology-centric companies. Bernie held the position of Vice President at the Massachusetts High Technology Council, promoting investment and job growth in Massachusetts. Experience also includes serving as Chairman of Akeso Biomedical and as Managing Director for VIC Technology Venture Development. Bernie's educational background includes a BA in Economics/Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross.
