Matt Kissane

Matt Kissane has diverse work experience in the field of information technology.

From 2021 to the present, they are working as a Project Manager at Tesserent.

Prior to that, from February 2021 to September 2021, they were an Information Technology Project Officer at Lachlan Shire Council. In this role, they were responsible for planning, scheduling, implementing, monitoring, and closing IT projects and initiatives. Matt also played a role in developing and improving Council systems, processes, and reporting.

From October 2019 to February 2021, Matt took a career break to support their wife's career in education. During this time, they worked as a Technology Support Officer at Condobolin High School, maintaining and supporting the IT environment. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Re:Sources as the Senior Director of IT Client Services, AMEA. Their responsibilities included managing the IT customer support function for Publicis Groupe agencies in the region, leading a distributed team supporting approximately 16,000 users across 20 countries. Matt also worked as the IT Service Delivery Manager, APAC from 2011 to 2014, overseeing IT customer support for approximately 14,000 users in 14 countries.

In addition, Matt held various roles at Re:Sources, including IT Change Manager and APAC Internal Control & Process Manager, where they were responsible for change management, problem management, and establishing internal controls and governance to mitigate risks.

From 2000 to 2005, they worked at Leo Burnett as an IT Manager and an Information Technology Field Engineer, where they managed IT operations and provided field engineering support.

Overall, Matt has extensive experience in IT project management, customer support, team management, and process improvement.

Matt Kissane received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Sydney, where they studied from 1993 to 1995. Matt also completed an IT Diploma in Information Technology at the Computer Power Institute from 1996 to 1997.
