Sajid Jaffarulla

Sajid Jaffarulla has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Sajid is currently the Head of PMO and Platform Services at Tesserent since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at NTT Ltd. from 2010 to 2022, where they held multiple positions including Senior Manager, Service Delivery Manager, and Team Lead. In these roles, they managed teams, delivered projects, and implemented service management best practices using the ITIL framework. Before joining NTT Ltd., Sajid worked at Australian Hearing as an SSD Analyst from 2008 to 2010, and at IBM as a Team Leader - IT Security from 2006 to 2008.

Sajid Jaffarulla pursued an Advanced Diploma in Management in Business Administration and Management at Leadership Management Australia from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of South Australia between 2003 and 2005.
