Sarah C. is an experienced HR professional and executive coach, currently serving as the Vice Chair for the CIPD branch in Coventry and Warwickshire since July 2023. As the Founder and HR Director of Fluid HR, established in February 2021, Sarah provides consultancy services to a diverse range of organizations, emphasizing leadership development and employee potential. Previous positions include Head of Human Resources at Purplebricks, where Sarah led cultural transformation efforts, and various roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Calor Gas Ltd, and First Utility, each contributing to strategic HR initiatives.
