Rich Smith has been with Tessy Plastics Corporation since November 1996, starting as a process engineer and currently holding the position of Engineering Manager. Rich graduated with an Associate of Science degree in Plastics and Polymer Engineering Technology/Technician from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville in 2003.
