JingJing Kuo joined Test Rite in 1998 and worked her way up from an entry-level position to the Deputy General Manager of Trade Management and Operations in the two decades since, accumulating a wealth of practical experience along the way.
For better management efficiency in the Group’s trading operations, Kuo is in charge of assembling ad hoc task forces to formulate a systematic mechanism that integrates operation, coordination, management, business administration, and logistics, with the ultimate goal of improving on-time delivery rate. These ad hoc task forces helped the Group through the 2016 Hanjin Crisis and the COVID-19 global pandemic.
In 2011, Kuo and her team were awarded the Supplier Award of Excellence by Wal-Mart. In 2016, Kuo herself was named Manager of the Year by the Group.
