Binh L. has over 25 years of work experience in the technology industry. Binh began their career in 1991 at Eicon Technology as a Technical Leader. Binh then moved to Alcatel in 1995 as a Sr. Software Engineer. In 2000, they joined AcceLight Networks as a Sr. Software Designer and then joined Nortel in 2003 in the same role. In 2007, they joined Test Systems Strategies Inc. as Chief Information Officer and also as CIO & Director of Asian-Pacific Operations. In this role, they are responsible for IT and the Asian-Pacific operation.

Binh L. attended the University of Utah from 1987 to 1988, where they obtained a degree in Computer Science. Binh then attended Concordia University from 1988 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer.
