Richard H. is an experienced ecologist currently working at Test Valley Borough Council since February 2024. Prior to this role, Richard served as a Marine Protected Areas Policy Officer at the Marine Conservation Society from August 2022 to February 2024 and as a Planning & Environment Officer with the Royal Yachting Association from October 2019 to August 2022. Richard's earlier experience includes working as a Conservation Officer, Biosecurity & Senior Researcher at RSPB, where coordination of the Seabirds Count! census took place.
