DJ Bell has extensive experience in emergency services and safety management. Currently serving as Fire Lieutenant at Jackson County ESD#3 since December 2010 and as a Safety Supervisor at Testengeer Engineering since January 2016, DJ Bell also holds the position of Firefighter at Edna Fire Department since December 2009. Previous roles include AG Parts Manager at United AG from March 2013 to January 2016, and Sales at John Deere from November 2007 to February 2013. DJ Bell's educational background includes a degree in Environmental Health and Safety from Texas State Technical College Waco, along with multiple OSHA certifications from The University of Texas at Arlington in OSHA 510, OSHA 500, and OSHA 511.
