Mariana Marsal

Mariana Marsal has a diverse and extensive work experience. Mariana is currently employed as a Senior Product Manager at TestGorilla since March 2023. Prior to this, they had worked at Zé Delivery as a Group Product Manager from March 2022 to March 2023. Before that, they held the role of Sr. Product Manager from April 2021 to March 2022 and Product Manager from June 2020 to April 2021 at the same company. At Zé Delivery, Mariana was responsible for managing the Post-Purchase squad, defining and managing the squad's OKRs and roadmap, and testing and sharing insights with the team.

Mariana also worked at AB InBev as a Group Product Manager from March 2022 to March 2023, Senior Product Manager from April 2021 to March 2022, and Product Manager from June 2020 to April 2021. During their time at AB InBev, they performed similar responsibilities as at Zé Delivery, managing product roadmaps, defining goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Before their tenure at Zé Delivery and AB InBev, Mariana worked at Neon as a Product Manager from April 2019 to June 2020, where they managed the Customer Support squad and collaborated closely with the customer support team to enhance the overall customer experience.

In their earlier career, Mariana held roles at linte_, a startup, where they transitioned from a Product Owner to a Customer Experience Manager. As a Product Owner from June 2018 to March 2019, they managed the team's backlog and detailed requirements, and later they defined the vision of a new product and conducted tests with potential users. From March 2017 to June 2018, they served as a Customer Experience Manager, offering consulting services and ensuring client satisfaction by optimizing the usage of the startup's SaaS solution.

Additionally, Mariana worked as a Researcher at FGV from March 2015 to January 2016, contributing to the Governance, Economy, and Law study group.

Mariana Marsal completed their education from 2013 to 2017 at USP - Universidade de São Paulo, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law. Mariana has additional certifications in various fields, such as Product Management, Product Strategy, Data Analysis - Statistics Fundamentals, and Mastering Product Management, obtained from institutions like Reforge, Cursos PM3, and FIA ONLINE.
