Kristen Howe

Kristen Howe currently serves as Vice President of Enterprise Products at SHRM since April 2024. Previously, Kristen was the Chief Product Officer at Linkage, Inc., where a commitment to advancing women and inclusion in leadership was a priority from January 2019 to May 2024. Kristen's background includes roles such as Director of Sales Enablement at Vista Consulting Group and Director at CEB, now Gartner, where leadership and talent development programs were managed. With extensive experience as a facilitator for CEB’s Leadership Academy since 2009, Kristen has led numerous international meetings. Additional roles included board membership at Safe Shores - DC Children's Advocacy Center and various positions in strategic development and consulting roles, concluding with a mechanical engineering degree from North Carolina State University and an MBA from SMU Cox School of Business.
