Damian Panozza

Damian Panozza is a Director, Coach, and Organisational Psychologist at Science of Happiness and Success. Damian also works as an Organisational Psychologist at Testgrid, interpreting psychometric assessments for selection and development of Senior Leaders and C-Suite Executives. Damian has experience in leadership development, capability & culture design, learning & development, organisational development, engagement, innovation, and change transformation. Throughout their career, Damian has also worked at various companies including Australian Red Cross, National Australia Bank, IBM, and Geelong Cats. Damian co-founded Balance Psychology and has a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Deakin University.
