Ruben Ramos is Principal and Vice President with Testing Engineers & Consultants, Inc. (TEC). He has been with the firm for 33 years and manages the Engineering Department. Ruben has 40 years of experience in the built industry providing engineering and consulting services, well as project management for facilities engineering and construction materials testing and inspection.
He is Past President of the American Concrete Institute (ACI) Greater Michigan Chapter, past board member of the American Council of Engineering Companies, Past Board Member for the Concrete Improvement Board. Ruben is active with ACEC, ACI, Urban Land Institute (ULI), Building Owners and Managers Association, (BOMA), Engineering Society of Detroit (ESD), Michigan Society of Professional Engineers, National Society of Professional Engineers, Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI), and Roofing Consultants Institute (RCI).
Mr. Ramos received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Wayne State University (1979), and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Michigan.
