Heather Nilles

Heather Nilles is an experienced environmental professional specializing in Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. Currently serving as the Environmental Site Assessment Manager at Testing Service Corporation since August 2022, Heather manages assessments for diverse clients, including builders and financial institutions. Prior to this role, Heather worked as a Program Manager at EBI Consulting, where responsibilities included loan check and regulatory file reviews. Heather's extensive background also includes a long tenure at Testing Service Corporation, performing numerous Phase I Assessments and asbestos surveys, and a previous role as Project Manager at Northwest Envirocon focused on due diligence for real estate transactions. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Environmental Planning from Elmhurst University and an Associate in Arts from College of DuPage.
