Omer Atakoglu

Omer Atakoglu has a diverse range of work experiences, starting from 2005 to the present. Omer began their career as a Product Manager at İntra Medical, where they worked from October 2005 to February 2008. Following that, they joined Overteam as a Marketing Communications Specialist from February 2008 to October 2009. Omer then co-founded Tikbu.com, Turkey's first e-commerce company specializing in modest women's apparel, in April 2011, and worked there until May 2012.

In August 2010, Omer co-founded Nemedya and served as the CEO, building over 50 software projects for various clients such as universities, government agencies, startups, and corporates. Omer continued in this role until March 2015. Moving on, Omer co-founded Bidolubaski.com, a leading online printing company in Turkey catering to over 100,000 SMEs, in February 2015. Omer held the position of Co-Founder and CEO until August 2019.

From August 2019 to July 2020, Omer took on the role of CEO and MENA Expansion at Zafaf.net, which is the MENA expansion of Dugun.com, the world's second-largest wedding marketplace startup. Presently, they are employed as a Senior Account Manager at TestInvite, a B2B SaaS startup that offers high-quality remote exam services to more than 15,000 companies and organizations worldwide. In this role, Omer focuses on generating new outbound leads and identifying net new revenue opportunities.

Omer Atakoglu completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Işık Üniversitesi, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Marketing Communications from Istanbul Bilgi University, which they completed from 2009 to 2010.
