Heldin Lind

Heldin Lind is the current VP of People & Culture at Testlio. Heldin has been with the company for 5 years and 7 months, during which time they have also held the positions of Head of HR and VP of People & Culture. In their current role, they focus on developing the company's talent and retaining its authentic culture. Prior to joining Testlio, Heldin worked as an HR Manager for Skype UK Division at Microsoft, where they were responsible for coaching leadership teams in areas such as employee engagement, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, performance management, retention/re-recruiting strategies, rewards, organizational design and culture, and change management. Heldin also spent 4 years working in various positions at Swedbank.

Heldin Lind has a MBA from Tallinn University in Organizational Behavior & Psychology and a BSc in Psychology from the same school. TheirMaster's thesis was on "The links between organizational commitment, perceived organizational support and perceived organizational culture" and their Bachelor's thesis was on "Positional Power and Perceptions of Power in Different Types of Organizational Cultures".
