Mary Messuti has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Mary currently serves as the President and CEO of Eurofins TestOil since 2018. Prior to this, Mary was the Chief Operating Officer and Executive VP of Sales and Marketing at Schaefer's Electrical Enclosures, Inc. from 2014 to 2018.

In 2012, Mary was appointed as the CEO of GALLO, where they successfully restructured the company, implemented new sales structures, and initiated lean processes, resulting in improved gross margin and streamlined operations.

From 2007 to 2010, Mary worked for Piper Aircraft, first as the Managing Director of Piper Aircraft Asia SDN BHD, responsible for sales, marketing, operations, finance, HR, and regulatory compliance. Mary then became the Director of Production Engineering.

Prior to that, Mary held the position of General Manager of the Northeast Division at GES - Global Experience Specialists, where they had full P&L responsibility for multiple territories and successfully managed labor bargaining agreements and trade show site construction.

Mary also served as the General Manager of the Pneumatic Tool Strategic Business Unit at Ingersoll Rand, where they had full P&L responsibility for a division and played a key role in product planning, marketing, and manufacturing execution.

Mary began their career at Accenture as an Experienced Senior in the commercial manufacturing practice, focusing on lean manufacturing setups and strategic planning.

Mary Messuti has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University, which they obtained from 1983 to 1987. Mary later pursued a Master's of Science (MS) degree in Operations Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, completing it from 1991 to 1993. Mary also obtained a Certificate in Investment Banking from New York University, which they acquired between 1999 and 2001.

Additionally, Mary has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 1999, they became a licensed pilot by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Mary also holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from Coach U, Inc., which they obtained in 2001. Mary further acquired a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Lean Six Sigma Enterprise Institute in 2009. Mary later obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2019. Most recently, in 2020, Mary obtained a Machinery Lubrication Technician I certification from the International Council for Machinery Lubrication (ICML). Finally, in 2021, they achieved the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society of Human Resource Management.
