Kaley Finn began their career in 2014 as a Messenger at the Texas Senate. In 2015, they became a Sales Representative for Collegiate Headquarters (CHQ) at Nike. In 2016, they held two positions: an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Programme For Belize Archeological Project and a Language Aide and Substitute Teacher at the Austin Independent School District. In 2017, Kaley joined Tethr as a Product Manager, a Customer Success Manager, a Sr. Analyst of Customer Success and Strategy, and a Speech Analytics Analyst. In their role as Customer Success Manager, Kaley maintained a portfolio of accounts that included world-leading Enterprise & Mid Markets companies and governed customer relationships, illustrating the value delivered through Tethr's software and services by leading, driving, and managing change within customer organizations.
Kaley Finn graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Cultural and Linguistic Anthropology. In July 2022, they obtained a Product Led Growth certification from Product School. Kaley is also in the process of obtaining a Tethr Insight Builder Certification from Tethr.
